Full time: Jamshedpur FC 0-0 Bengaluru FC - Bengaluru seals its third straight draw as the travelling side fails to find the net despite nine shots on target. Subrata Paul was sensational between the sticks as he denied Bengaluru all nine times. Jamshedpur keeps the clean sheet and both teams take one point each this evening.

90+3' - As Farukh tries to set up play, Castel tries shot in the box the referee stops play because of a foul.

83' - Piti, who was influential for Jamshedpur tonight, has been replaced by Acosta. If you have just tuned in, the score is Jamshedpur 0-0 Bengaluru.

STAT: Bengaluru has had NINE shots on target, Jamshedpur has had THREE.

80' - Change for Bengaluru: Suresh Singh Wangjam, who was part of India's U-17 World Cup squad, replaces Onwu. Big moment for the young boy!

78' - Change for Jamshedpur: Mobashir goes off, Passi comes on.

77' - ASHIQUE FIRES AND SUBRATA SAVES! Strong performance at display here as Ashique fires down the left wing, getting the better of Gurung first and later three other Jamshedpur players before he unleashes a powerful strike. Subrata, who has been sensational tonight, saves it through his arm!

76' - Piti's free-kick from a good position is deflected for a corner by Dimas. Jamshedpur fail to capitalise the set piece.

74' - Chaos in the Jamshedpur box as Bengaluru players try to get to the byline. The final ball falls in front of Bheke close to the post but Subrata goes down to collect it.

70' - Free-kick for Bengaluru and the Blues prepare for their routine setplay. This goes to waste because Dimas' delivery is so easily blocked by Piti. Later, Onwu is played a ball in the box which he tries to send into the net through a bicycle kick but fails to connect. Still 0-0.

67' - Corner for Jamshedpur....but Castel's header deflects off Onwu. No corner-kick given again because the referee perhaps missed it.

60' - Castel threatens from the right side and pulls away all the Bengaluru defence to his side as he whips in a cross at the other end for Isaac. Isaac though can't get to it in time as the delivery is played wide.

57' - OVERHEAD KICK BY FARUKH! From the corner-kick, Piti finds Farukh in the box, who tries an overhead volley in front of the goal, but Gurpreet does ever so well to save it through his right wrist. Crazy effort from both players!

54' - SAVED! Gurpreet makes a fine save through his legs as Piti's free-kick was shot towards the near post by Mobashir.

50' - SAVED! After 200+ minutes, Onwu has his first attempt in the ISL! Onwu shoots straight at Subrata as the striker is set up by Ashique with a fine-tuned long ball. Marked by Memo, Onwu rushed towards the goal but struck straight at Subrata, who saved it.

46' - Second half kicks off. Aniket is taken off as Isaac comes in for Jamshedpur.

Half time: Jamshedpur 0-0 Bengaluru - At the break, both teams walk off with the deadlock yet to be broken. Bengaluru clearly had many chances to get on the scoresheet but lack of clinical finishing meant The Blues have to wait for the second half to open the account. Jamshedpur has looked promising through Piti and the duo of Aniket and Farukh, but has had only one shot on target which sums up its attacking display. Second half awaits.

45+1' - Two minutes have been added on here. Bengaluru has had 6 shots on target so far as compared to Jamshedpur's 1.

45' - Onwu shoots from close distance but Subrata saves! Ashique starts the action with his cross from the left, which is played into the box. Onwu is fed the delivery in front of the goal, the new recruit takes a shot but sees it saved. On the rebound, he shoots again but is flagged offside.

41' - Tiri is booked for a foul on Udanta and Jamshedpur gifts a free-kick to Bengaluru. Dimas takes it but nothing worthwhile comes from it.

39' - Not quite a chance for Jamshedpur but Piti showcases his skills as he keeps the ball and the Bengaluru defenders on their feet, with his footwork in the box. He chips the ball for the far post but misses the mark. Jamshedpur keeps the ball in but nowhere close to the goal.

36' - Oh no! Now Augusto is struggling. He seems to be in discomfort. Not the sight Bengaluru wants.

35' - Augusto goes in for the goal again as he moves from the center towards the right and takes a shot. Subrata collects it safely.

34' - Piti frees Castel up front but the striker is flagged offside.

30' - The half-hour mark is here but the goals haven't arrived yet! It is still Jamshedpur 0-0 Bengaluru.

27' - Free-kick for Jamshedpur in a good spot as Chhetri brings down an onrushing Piti. Piti keeps the free-kick low and Gurpreet bends down to collect it.

25' - Serran, who had come back from an injury, has been taken off on a stretcher. This means Ashique comes on early in the game.

22' - A mistimed pass from Jairu puts Jamshedpur in trouble as Onwu is let free in the box. But the striker waits for support from his midfield, which sees Udanta whip a cross from the right, which is wide.

20' - SUBRATA SAVES! The veteran goalkeeper gets a finger tip on the delivery flicked towards goal by Khabra, after Juanan headed from a corner-kick. Big, big save from Subrata! Stunner.

16' - Jamshedpur tries to bounce back as it attacks through Aniket from the right. His effort though is blocked but Piti later tries to send a through pass ahead. The attacking move is stopped by the visitor's backline.

14' - Augusto misses! Augusto makes his jump a bit too early as his header goes wide of the target after he connected with a cross from the right. Still 0-0 at The Furnace.

12' - Bengaluru has a corner-kick which is blocked by Subrata in the first time, but the goalkeeper fails to collect the ball. This allows Bengaluru to pounce on the loose ball and in the end, Juanan takes a header off a delivery played into the box, which is then saved by Subrata. Jamshedpur survives!

11' - Udanta makes a run on the right flank before he crosses the ball for Augusto in the center. The former Chennaiyin man takes a thumping shot from outside the box, but the effort is deflected by Memo.

7' - And now on the counter, Jamshedpur attacks. Castel takes a shot from outside the box as he sends it between the Bengaluru defence but the attempt hits the post. Farukh set him up with a pass from the left.

7' - SHOT! Chhetri drills a shot from the left side. His long-range, powerful shot forces Subrata to pull off a save. Good effort from Chhetri, his best of the season so far perhaps.

5' - A long ball is played forward for Farukh, who tries to take a touch. Gurpreet, though, comes off his line to collect it. Bad defending from Serran who failed to control the situation.

1' - Early action as Jamshedpur's young guns combine beautifully! Farukh finds the space between Bengaluru's defence and sends a through ball for Aniket. Aniket runs in from the right and whips a cross but it goes wide.

1' - The match kicks off at The Furnace in Jamshedpur.

- Jamshedpur looks to be shaped up in a 4-4-2 formation wth Castel and Farukh leading up top. Aniket and Mobashir will play wide in the midfield, with Piti and Monroy in the centre. Jairu returns to the defence.

- Bengaluru has opted for a 4-2-3-1 shape with Onwu leading the attack. Chhetri-Augusto-Udanta midfield combination, supported by Dimas and Harmanjot in the pivot. Juanan and Bheke will play at the heart of defence.

- Bengaluru makes one change from its draw to Goa as Ashique Kuruniyan is dropped to the bench, Albert Serran replaces him in defence. As for Jamshedpur, Bikash Jairu returns from suspension, and Aniket Jadhav replaces Isaac Vanmalsawma in the XI.

Team news:

Jamshedpur XI: Subrata, Gurung, Tiri, Bikash, Mobashir, Monroy, Piti, Memo, Castel, Aniket, Farukh.

Bengaluru XI: Gurpreet, Nishu, Juanan, Bheke, Serran, Harmanjot, Augusto, Dimas, Udanta, Onwu, Chhetri.

MATCH PREVIEW

Jamshedpur FC will look to make a hat-trick of home wins when it faces defending champion Bengaluru FC today.

The Men of Steel have made a fantastic start to season, having picked up six points in two games against Odisha FC and Hyderabad FC.

Coach Antonio Iriondo’s team has played an attacking brand of football and has taken the game to the opposition. Key to their style of play has been midfielder Piti, who has controlled the proceedings and has shown that he has an eye for defence-splitting passes.

Jamshedpur striker Sergio Castel, who has two goals to his name already, will also play a huge role for Iriondo’s team. And it isn’t just its foreign contingent, the Indian players such as Farukh Choudhar and Aniket Jadhav have shone so far.

Bengaluru, on the other hand, is searching for its first win this season after having picked only a point each in its last two fixtures. It drew against NorthEast United FC in its opening game and was unlucky to settle for a point against FC Goa, which had a late penalty from Ferran Corominas to thank.

Whether Jamshedpur will look to keep the ball and dominate or choose to hit on the counter against Bengaluru is something which Iriondo has to take a call. But going by the way it has played in the two matches so far, it is comfortable doing either.
