Acknowledging that the two Pakistani rapid fire shooters — Muhammad Khalil Akhtar and Ghulam Mustafa Bashir — were not getting visa to participate in the World Cup, “due to the recent terrorist attacks in India,” the ISSF has also issued a warning.

“The ISSF and the Organising Committee are discussing the possible consequences for India as a host country for future international competitions, in all sports,” the ISSF release stated.
