World Junior Squash C’ships: India seeded fifth at team event
Egypt, which finished as the runner-up at the World Junior Squash Championship in 2016 has been drawn as the top seed for the upcoming event this year in Chennai.

Egypt, which finished as the runner-up of the World Junior Squash Championship in 2016 in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, has been drawn as the top seed for the upcoming event this year in Chennai. Meanwhile, Canada and England have been drawn as the second and third seed, respectively. India has been seeded as fifth, while Pakistan has been seeded 11th.
The 2018 edition of the WSF-world junior championship gets underway on Tuesday, July 24 at the ISA courts and EA Mall in Chennai, while the final would be played on July 29.
24 countries are scheduled to take part in the event, who have been placed in eight groups. India is placed in Group E and is clubbed alongside Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.
