The Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) chief, Vinod Rai, and his colleague Diana Edulji are set to receive around Rs 3.5 crore each for their 33-month tenure at the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court approved the remuneration for the past and present CoA members. It also directed the board that the payments should be released in the next 48 hours.

The members will be paid Rs 10 lakh for 11 months in 2017, Rs 11 lakh per month in 2018 and Rs 12 lakh for 10 months this year.

The CoA will demit office after the BCCI General Body meeting on Wednesday. While the longest-serving members will receive the full payment, Vikram Limaye, Ramachandra Guha and Ravi Thodge will be paid on pro-rata basis. While Limaye and Guha resigned in 2017, Thodge came on board in February this year.

Top officials at the BCCI have told this publication that the amount was finalised after discussions with Amicus Curiae PS Narsimha.
