The BCCI Ethics Officer, Justice (Retd) D.K. Jain on Saturday issued conflict of interest (COI) notices to the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) members -- Kapil Dev, Anshuman Gaekwad and Shanta Rangaswamy.

The COI charges have been levelled by Sanjeev Gupta, a Life Member of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association. The three have been asked to reply by October 10.

Recently the CAC chose Ravi Shastri as head coach of the Indian team. They also chose New Zealand's Mike Hesson and Australia's Tom Moody as second and third choice respectively.

Justice Jain conducted a COI hearing against Rahul Dravid here on Thursday and is expected to give his opinion soon.
