Kerala vs Punjab | M. R. Praveen Chandran reports: Punjab 46 for two at stumps. Gurkeerat Mann batting 16, Nightwatch man Mayank Markande unbeaten on 12. M. D.Nidheesh rattled Punjab with two quick wickets. But the third wicket pair was steady and punished the bad balls.

Uttar Pradesh vs Baroda | Mohammad Saif is nearing his century and along with Upendra Yadav has taken Uttar Pradesh past the 280-run mark. Uttar Pradesh 282/5 after 86 overs.

Odisha vs Haryana: After bowling out Haryana for 90, Odisha has taken a slender lead but half the side is back in the hut. Odisha 115/5

Dipak Ragav with an update: Tamil Nadu vs Mumbai | New ball taken in the 85th over. 70 runs in 16 overs so far this session. Mumbai 261/5

Kerala vs Punjab | After bowling out Kerala for 227, Punjab lose an early wicket as opener Sanvir Singh departs for one. Punjab 13/1 after 5 overs.

 

Tamil Nadu vs Mumbai | Tare plays a paddle-sweep off Pradosh Ranjan Paul to get to his half-century. He hits another boundary - via a cover-drive - and moves to 57. Mumbai's total crosses 250.

Andhra vs Hyderabad | Hyderabad loses its eighth wicket. Jaweed Ali falls two runs short of a century. Hyderabad 185 for 8 in the 68th over.

Kerala vs Punjab | M. R. Praveen Chandran reports: Kerala all out for 227. Nidheesh (0) caught at short leg off Vinay. Salman unbeaten on 91. The last wicket pair adds an useful 39 runs.

Tamil Nadu vs Mumbai | The partnership between Mulani and Tare is now worth more than 100 runs, after Mulani lofts R. Ashwin for a boundary through midwicket. Aditya Tare needs eight more runs to get to his half-century. Mulani is batting on 64.

Kerala vs Punjab | It's tea, in Thiruvananthapuram. Kerala is on 211 for nine. Salman Nizar is batting on 75, M. D. Nidheesh is batting alongside him and is yet to open his account.

Saurashtra vs Karnataka | Ashwin Achal reports: Pujara brings up his 50th first-class century with a flicked four to mid-wicket. This is Pujara's first century of the Ranji Trophy this season.

Saurashtra vs Karnataka | At tea, Saurashtra is 189 for 2. Cheteshwar Pujara is batting on 93 (149b, 10x4, 1x6) and Sheldon Jackson on 63 (118b, 3x4, 2x6).

Karnataka spinners Gopal, Dubey and Suchith utterly disappointing. Unable to build any sort of pressure on Pujara and Sheldon. Straying in length far too often.

The field placements, set by stand in skipper Shreyas Gopal, have been very defensive. Just a slip in catching position, with four to five fielders on the fence

Tamil Nadu vs Mumbai | At the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Shams Mulani (38 n.o., 85b, 7x4) and Aditya Tare (27 n.o., 55b, 4x4), the captain, have put on 59 runs for the sixth wicket. It's tea. After 68 overs, Mumbai 188 for 5.

Kerala vs Punjab | Two quick wickets have fallen, at the St Xavier's KCA Cricket Ground in Thiruvananthapuram. M. R. Praveen Chandran reports: Sijomon steers Gurkeerat straight to Anmolpreet at slips. Basil Thampi has been castled by Vinay. Kerala 188 for nine.

Saurashtra vs Karnataka | Ashwin Achal reports from Rajkot: Sheldon Jackson brings up 5,000 runs in first-class cricket. He waves to his applauding team-mates.

Maharashtra vs Jharkhand | At the Reliance Cricket Ground in Nagothane, Abrar Kazi and V. V. More have put on 61 runs for the sixth wicket. In the 69th over, the score is 149 for 5.

Chandigarh vs Sikkim | At the Sector-16 stadium in Chandigarh, Yashpal (75 n.o., 111b, 13x4) and Iqbal Abdulla (66 n.o., 87b, 9x4, 1x6) have added 136 runs for the fifth wicket. Seamers Gurinder Singh and Bipul Sharma have two wickets each. Chandigarh 198 for 4.

Puducherry vs Goa | Goa is six down now, for 136. Darshan Misal is run out. Amit Verma, the captain, is batting on 52 (110b, 7x4). Lakshay Garg is the new batsman.

Kerala vs Punjab | The partnership ends, as Akshay Chandran departs. He is dismissed by Vinay Choudhary for 28 (89b, 1x4). Sijomon Joseph is the new batsman. Salman Nizar needs four more runs to reach 50. After 57 overs, Kerala 175 for 7.
