The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will be the farewell tournament for many senior cricketers. At the same time, there will be a host of young faces who will make their debut.

Eighteen-year-old Mujeeb ur Rahman of Afghanistan will be the youngest cricketer in the Cup that starts from May 30 in the UK.

The off-spinner made his ODI debut in 2017 and in a short span, he picked 51 wickets in 28 games at an economy of 3.74.

Mujeeb is also an IPL regular with Kings XI Punjab. The finger spinner had a below-par season this time — three wickets in five games — and he will be keen to make amends in the marquee event.

Imran Tahir, the oldest player of the tournament, had a stellar IPL season with Chennai Super Kings. The South African leg-spinner claimed 26 wickets at an economy of 6.69.
