MI v RPS Starwars: Rohit Sharma v Jaydev Unadkat

The two consistent performers for their side would be hoping to keep the momentum going when they take the field at the Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday.

On paper, it is a clash between Indian Premier League’s top two sides - Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiant. But off it, it is also a clash between some of India’s best talents. While the focus is on how the Maharashtra boys perform, Tuesday’s Qualifier is going to be all about Rohit Sharma’s batting versus Jaydev Unadkat’s bowling. While the Saurashtra fast bowler Unadkat has swung it for Pune this time around, Mumbai skipper Sharma, too, has led from the front to ensure that there were no slip-ups.

Both of them would be hoping to keep that momentum going when they take the field at the Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday. Like always, Sharma was tipped as one of the key players of the tournament from the beginning, but nobody really expected Unadkat to come out of the shadow and hog the limelight.

But now that he is back on track, expect some fireworks at the Qualifiers too!
