Asian Games and Commonwealth Games champion Vinesh Phogat asserted her supremacy against Seema and contributed in Mumbai Maharathi's 4-3 win over Haryana Hammers in the Pro Wrestling League (PWL) at the Gautam Budh University indoor hall here on Thursday.
Vinesh toyed with Seema's defence to record a 12-2 victory in the women's 53kg contest and live upto her reputation. Her win stopped Maharathi's two-match losing streak.
Deepak Punia gave a strong fight to multiple World championships medallist Ali Shabanova of before losing the 86kg bout with a 4-3 verdict.
Ali swiftly attacked Deepak's left leg to grab two points and launched another attack to take a 4-0 lead.
Deepak reduced the margin by two points with a take-down originating from a leg attack.

Former European championships silver medallist Zseneth Nemeth's superb 6-4 victory over Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Kiran to level the tie for Maharathi in the women's 76kg fight.
Kiran rallied to take a 4-2 lead with a spectacular take down from standing position, but Zseneth showed her all-round game to gain points through prompt counterattacks and defend those solidly.
