Jimmy Butler made his Miami Heat debut on Tuesday, and he looked good in his team's 112-97 victory over the Hawks.
The Miami guard missed the first three games of the year to bond with his newborn daughter but didn't miss a beat once he got back on the court.
Butler finished with 21 points, five rebounds, and three steals in the contest as he showcased his all-around game.
But rookie sensation Tyler Herro also made his presence known with a team-high 29 points and seven rebounds. He scored 19 points off the bench in the second quarter alone.
Unfortunately for Atlanta, Trae Young went down with an ankle sprain in the second quarter and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. His orchestration of the offense was sorely missed, but that didn't stop John Collins from tallying a game-high 30 points.
The Hawks (2-2) have now lost two straight games while the Heat improve to 3-1 on the year.
