Moreover, he is also the fastest to do so, in 199 games — followed by Abdul Razzaq, Shahid Afridi, Jacques Kallis and Sanath Jayasuriya.

Shakib along with Mushfiqur Rahim also put up the highest partnership (142) for Bangladesh in World Cups. Previously, it was 141-run stand between Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur for the fifth wicket in 2015 World Cup.
Put in to bat by South Africa, Bangladesh too recorded its best ODI total of 330/6.
