West Indies seals the victory with 9 balls to spare. India's batting, apart from Dube's efforts, did not impress. The bowling did not click at all as all the bowlers were smashed across the ground with ease. Windies have levelled the series in Trivandrum and both teams head to Mumbai for the decider on Wednesday.
West Indies 142/2, 16 overs Simmons is joined by Pooran and Windies hasn't slowed down. The sixes and fours are coming in regular intervals and Windies need 29 off 24 balls to level the series.
West Indies 112/2, 13.4 overs Virakt Kohli takes an absolute blinder of a catch to dismiss Hetmyer! He slammed it over the non-striker and Kohli, running from long-on, takes it one-handed on the stretch. He was sliding next tot he boundary line and he was aware of that. Just before he could make contact with the rope, he pushes himself away. One of the best catches all year.
West Indies 99/1, 13 overs Shimron Hetmyer has come in settled quickly. He has scored a run-a-ball, which includes a maximum beyond deep midwicket. Windies need 80 runs from 48 balls.
West Indies 83/1, 11 overs Shivan Dube comes into the attack and concedes ten runs. West Indies might be behind India at the same point of the innings but the momentus is with the visitor. Windies need 88 runs to win from 54 balls.
West Indies 73/1, 10 overs The visitor was in a comfortable position until Washington Sundar got the ball to turn away as Lewis came down the pitch and Rishab Pant uprooted his stumps. At the same position, India was 92/2 - riding on Dube's innings.

West Indies 41/0, 6 overs - End of Powerplay - Couple of drop catches and the Indian fielding has certainly come under fire for the second match in a row. Both West Indies openers are steady and India needs a breakthrough.
Dropped - Rishabh Pant this time behind the wickets and Evin Lewis gets a life. Levis makes room, plays the cut and Pant dives to his left, gets his glove onto it but fails to latch on to it. Both batsmen have been let off and Virat Kohli is in complete disbelief.
Dropped - Washington Sundar drops once again and he is having a torrid time in the field. Lendl Simmons gets a life as Sundar drops a dolly at mid-off off Bhuvneshwar Kumar and the batsman takes a single. How much costly will that prove? We need to wait and watch.

India 56/2, 7.4 overs Dube gets the first maximum of the match and follows it with a boudnary. But two balls later, Rohit Sharma's wickets are ratttled and India loses its second wicket . He tried to paddle the ball but the line is good from Holder and the bail over the leg stump lights up.

Our reporter P.K. Ajith Kumar updates from Trivandrum: Good evening from a pleasant Thiruvananthapuram. The stands are nearly full at the Greenfield Stadium, half-an-hour before the first ball. It is a sea of blue with most spectators turning up in India shirts. Much to the delight of everyone, the day has been bright and sunny and it looks like the rains will stay way. The persistent rain yesterday brought back memories of the first ever T20I match here against New Zealand a couple of years ago which was nearly washed out, though an eight-over-a-side could be staged in the end.
