Harmanpreet Kaur with 54 runs stars as India takes a 1-0 lead in the series. 115 was always going to be a below-par total for Bangladesh. The host started well with two wickets in the PowerPlay. Shafali Verma fell without troubling the scorers and Jemimah Rodrigues followed shortly after. Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur, however, arrested the slide and put the chase back on track. Mandhana fell before the target but the skipper stood till the end, completed her fifty and got her side home.
