Ambrose replaced as West Indies bowling consultant

Former fast bowler Curtly Ambrose has been replaced by Roderick Estwick as the bowling consultant for West Indies.

West Indies great Curtly Ambrose has been replaced as bowling consultant for the Caribbean Test nation by Roderick Estwick, the West Indies Cricket Board communicated on Friday.

Estwick, the bowling coach of Barbados Pride, the domestic team in West Indies' Professional Cricket League, joins the West Indies technical team in time for the upcoming Tri-Nations one-day series against Australia and South Africa.

A former West Indies A international, Estwick is due to join the West Indies camp on Thursday of next week. Ambrose's last involvement with the team was during the World T20 in India in March and April.
