India already has an unassailable 1-0 lead in the two-Test series.

The Indian team management announced an unchanged XII for the second and final Test against the West Indies, starting on Friday at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Being 1-0 up in the two-match series, there were expectations of players like Mayank Agarwal getting a chance, but India went ahead with the same XII.

India won the first Test in Rajkot by an innings and 272 runs inside three days. Shardul Thakur missed out of the playing XI in Rajkot and may make his Test debut on Friday if India decides to play an extra seamer.
