David Lalrinmuana found the equaliser during the injury-time of the second half to help Aizawl FC hold Mohun Bagan 2-2 in an I-League fixture here at the Salt Lake Stadium on Saturday.
Playing its first match at home this season, Mohun Bagan appeared headed for a win as it led 2-1 in regulation time. Lalchawnkima and substitute Sony Norde scored on either side of the two halves.
Aizawl FC found the lead through Lalkhawpuimawia before the tables turned.
In the 93rd minute, however, Lalrinmuana put a stop to the Mohun Bagan celebrations by scoring from a free-kick. Suffering its second successive draw, Mohun Bagan tallied two points from as many matches while Aizawl FC collected its first point of the tournament.
