Recanati Challenger: Ramkumar wins doubles title

Ramkumar Ramanathan, in partnership with Portuguese Goncalo Oliveira, won the doubles title of the Challenger in Recanati, Italy.

Ramkumar Ramanathan in partnership with Goncalo Oliveira of Portugal won the doubles title in the € 46,600 Challenger in Recanati, Italy, by beating the second seeds Andrea Vavassori of Italy and David Vega Hernandez of Spain in the final.

The title fetched 80 ATP points and €2,670. Ramkumar had lost in the quarterfinals of singles.

It was the second Challenger doubles title for Ramkumar, who had won one last year in the Pune Challenger with compatriot Vijay Sundar Prashanth.
