Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz faces Estonian qualifier Mark Lajal in first round of men’s singles on the opening day of Wimbledon 2024 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC), London on Monday.

Top seed and World No. 1 Jannik Sinner begins his campaign against Germany’s Yannick Hanfmann.

In women’s singles, second seed Coco Gauff faces fellow American Caroline Dolehide while third seed Aryna Sabalenka takes on USA’s Emina Bektas.
