Bopanna, Divij crash out of Phoenix Challengers

Asian Games gold medallists Rohan Bopanna and Divij Sharan went down fighting in the doubles quarterfinals, as they were beaten 6-7(3), 7-6(7), 12-10 by Jamie Cerretani and Nicholas Monroe of the US in the $162,480 Challenger tennis tournament in Phoenix, US.

The quarterfinal appearance was worth 25 ATP points and $1,920 for the Indian pair.
