Kent and Warwickshire notched up victories in their respective County Championship Division One fixtures on Thursday.
Sportstar has a brief look at the two contests and the one between Essex and Hampshire — featuring India's Ajinkya Rahane — that finished earlier this week.
Kent vs Nottinghamshire
Kent defeated Nottinghamshire by 285 runs in a County Championship Division One contest at Tunbridge Wells. Chasing a target of 406 for an unlikely win, Nottinghamshire was bowled out for 120 on the final day. Right-arm medium-pacer Harry Podmore took five wickets.
Put into bat, Kent scored 309 in its first innings, with a century from Zak Crawley (111), while James Pattinson picked up figures of 6 for 73 for the Notts.
In reply, Nottinghamshire was bowled out for 267, with half-centuries from Chris Nash (67) and Samit Patel (52). Matt Milnes picked a five wicket haul (5 for 67) for Kent.
In the second essay, Kent declared its innings on 363 for 5, a mammoth lead of 405. Joe Denly starred with an unbeaten 161, while Daniel Bell-Drummond chipped in with 79.
Yorkshire vs Warwickshire
Warwickshire pulled off a three-wicket win over Yorkshire in a County Championship Division One contest at York on Thursday.
Chasing 217 for victory, Wawrickshire started well — Will Rhodes and Dominic Sibley putting on 132 for the first wicket — but suffered a collapse as it neared its target. It lost six wickets for 49 runs as 21-year-old left-arm spinner James Logan took four wickets, but Yorkshire couldn't prevent the win.
Opting to field first, Warwickshire’s bowlers bowled out the home team for 259. Captain Steve Patterson top-scored with 60 while Gary Ballance also scored a half century (54). For Warwickshire, Oliver Hannon-Dalby picked up five wickets.

In the second innings, Yorkshire scored 211. Jack Leaning scored 65, while for Warwickshire, Hannon-Dalby and Jeetan Patel picked four wickets each.
Essex vs Hampshire
On Monday, June 17, Essex defeated Hampshire by an innings and eight runs in a lop-sided, low-scoring contest at County Ground, Chelmsford.
Batting first, Hampshire was bowled out for 118, Simon Harmer claiming five wickets. Essex, in reply, scored 214, with half-centuries from Ravi Bopara (59) and Dan Lawrence (57).
In the second innings, Hampshire crumbled once again; it was bowled out for 88. Harmer was the wrecker-in-chief once again, taking seven wickets for a match haul of 12 wickets.
