He was the one who had termed Ravindra Jadeja as the ‘rock star’ of Indian cricket. And now, Shane Warne, has dubbed Sanju Samson as the ‘next big Indian superstar’.

“He (Samson) will be the next big Indian superstar batsman along with (Rishabh) Pant and J Archer will soon be the best fast bowler in the world,” Warne wrote on Instagram .

The 23-year-old has scored 379 runs at 34.45 in 12 games for Rajasthan Royals in the IPL this year, and maintains an impressive strike-rate of 140.

“I think those two guys are probably the two best young Indian batsman I’ve seen in a long, long time,” Warne, who has been the mentor of Rajasthan Royals this season, said.
