53' GOAL! It's Bidyashagar! Another defensive error at the back leads to East Bengal's second goal. A chipped ball is headed into the path of Bidyashagar, who runs onto it and smacks it hard at goal. Pal fails to put in a clean save and the ball manages to trickle past the goal line.
51' SAVE! A floating corner into the box and Espada heads it straight at goal which requires Pal to pull off a acrobatic save. The referee, however, calls for a foul in the lead up to Espada's header.
50' Ball played over top and Bidyashagar hurtles down the pitch to chase it. BSS keeper Pal race off his line and clears it away with a dive outside his box.
46' We are back for the second half and BSS hoof it straight into the hands of Ralte. I am keeping my fingers crossed for the players on the outfield.
SECOND HALF
Half-time. Absolutely playing conditions and we have managed fourty-five minutes of it. Phew! Santos pounced on a defensive blunder at the back to punish BSS with a goal. We will be back for the second 45 in a bit.
45' + 1' Espada fails to collect the ball as a cross from the right comes onto his path.
45' + 1' SAVE! Brandon is free on the right and fires in a shot which he 'keeper thwarts it behind for a corner kick.
45' Crespi tries to play in Espada with a throuhh ball but there is too much pace on the pass for the forward to collect.
41' Santos with some dirty work as he pulls down Opoku by his shirt as the forward was breaking forward. Santos is booked by the ref.
39' William Opoku jumps on Espada and the referee calls for a foul.
37' This is getting comical now. Bright and EB 'keeper Ralte are in a foot race for a long ball. Ralte slips as he comes out to collect the ball and Bright falls over as he looks to control the ball with a gaping goal in sight. The ball then runs out of play.
36' Santos plays in Abhishek on the left, who looses his footing as he tries to connect the ball for a cross.

The pitch conditions look horrific by the way. The kind of pitches you would play your backyard matches in. Some of the players are struggling to put on the breaks while running. They will be lucky to not get their foot stuck in the turf.
18' GOOOAL! Jaime Santos Colad o! He can't stop scoring for the Red and Golds! Just as BSS started to take control of the game, a mistake at the back give East Bengal the opening goal. BSS defender misses his clearance and the ball rolls into the area for Santos, who sidefoots it into the bottom left corner.
16' Immediately another chance for BSS. A long ball over the top finds Bright, who brings it down with his chest but he can't bring the ball under control. The ball eventually runs out of play.
15' Ambitious from Daniel Addo. The center-back goes for powerful free-kick from over 30 yards out but it's high over the bar.
10' East Bengal is amping up the pressure on BSS's final third. Brandon makes room and swings in a cross into the six-yard area which requires an acrobatic clearance from Addo!
Pal seems to be in some kind of trouble and the referee calls for medical attention. Meanwhile, green flares are set off in the stands.
6' Santos lines up a free-kick from 30 yards out and he curls it on target! The keeper Pal makes a one-handed save on the stretch!
4' Santos breaks free on the left and measures in a cross from the left into the box. Espada tries to collect it on the bounce but the defense clears it away out of danger.
3' The players are falling like flies on the pitch as they go in to challenge for the ball. This could be tricky conditions for the players and they will need to watch their footing to avoid risky injuries.
