India’s G. Sathiyan has jumped four places to be ranked 24 in the latest world ranking list released by International Table Tennis Federation on Monday.

He is the first Indian to enter the top 25.

In fact, the 26-year-old finished an impressive sixth in the Asian Cup in Yokohama early this month to book a berth in the World Cup in Chengdu from October 25 to 27. He also and made it to the round of 32 in the men's singles of the recently concluded World individual table tennis championship.
