The magazine always has a special place in our hearts. When I was just a 10-year-old chess player, I was thrilled to receive The Sportstar Young Achiever Award. That’s how I got to know about the magazine and later on started following it regularly.

Reading Sportstar is always interesting as it gives a very detailed info about various sports and prominent athletes.

Unfortunately, I never had the habit of collecting the posters though I admired all the big achievers.

I felt very much delighted and it gave me a lot of encouragement to achieve my goals when I received a computer from The Sportstar in the beginning of my career in 1998.

I have always been an avid follower of the magazine for its quality reporting.
