Asian junior team c’ship: Pakistan defeats India to clinch boys’ title

Pakistan defeated India 2-0 in the final to clinch the boys’ title at the Asian junior team squash championship in Pattaya, Thailand.

Veer Chotrani started the proceedings for India. He fought hard but was Pakistan’s Farhan Hashmi edged him out at the finish line.

In the contest between Utkarsh Baheti and Abbas Zeb, the latter seized control early. He ensured victories in three consecutive games to take Pakistan home.
