Bedi to receive award at MAC centenary function

Former India captain and left-arm spin great Bishan Singh Bedi will receive the M. A. Chidambaram Birth Centenary award on the occasion for his outstanding contribution to Indian cricket.

The birth centenary award function of industrialist and noted cricket administrator M. A. Chidambaram will be held on October 12 at the Raja Annamalai Mandram in Chennai.

Former India captain and left-arm spin great Bishan Singh Bedi will receive  the M. A. Chidambaram Birth Centenary award on the occasion for his outstanding contribution to Indian cricket. 

Several cricketers, including Bedi’s team-mates in the Indian team, are expected at the function.
