Aaron Finch declared that he and his team would draw self-belief from the 3-2 victory in the ODI series in India, while squaring up against the familiar rival at the Oval here on Sunday.
“ Winning the last three games (in India) was really important for us. Whenever you are playing India, you have to believe that you can beat them because they are a world-class side. They have got some all-time great players. So to be able to beat them in their home conditions three times in a row was really important for the confidence of the side, especially going into a game like this,” the Australian captain said.

The opener also lauded Steve Smith and David Warner.
“Steve is the best batter in the world in my opinion over all three forms of the game. I think that when you have David who is so destructive at the top of the order, it's great for the side. We have always believed that we have got a side that can win the World Cup,” Finch said.
