Alyssa Healy continued her fine form to help Australia past New Zealand and into the Women's World T20 semifinals on Tuesday.

Healy made a 38-ball 53 to guide Australia to 153-7, with New Zealand all out for 120 in the 18th over to suffer defeat in Group B.

For Healy, it marked the sixth time in her past eight T20 international innings since the start of October that she has reached 50.

Rachael Haynes (29 not out off 18) produced some late hitting and only Suzie Bates (48) was really able to get going for New Zealand.

The win was Australia's third in as many games in Group B.

The day's other game saw Pakistan record its first win, a 38-run victory over Ireland thanks to captain Javeria Khan's unbeaten 74.
