That's all we have for you today. Two exciting encounters and I can't wait to bring you guys your daily dose of PKl tomorrow at 7:30pm. Till then, this is Shivansh Gupta signing off. Ciao!

The second half was all about a Tom and Jerry like chase. Bengal's all-round performance kept the scoreboard pressure up and Gujarat heavily banked on super-tackles! To be fair to them, the tactic worked as they drew level at 26-26 with two consecutive super-tackles! Sunil raced to his high 5, but couldn't prevent Prapanjan, who was in red hot form in the latter half, to take the winning point at 27-26 home and lead his team to a two-point win.

The match started with a flurry of points from Gujarat's star raider, Sachin Tanwar racking up early points. Then, Maninder Singh and co. joined the party. Aided by Gujarat's defensive howlers, Nabibakhshs also bagged a few raid points as Bengal went into the break with a 5-point lead.

Until today in the history of PKL, Bengal had never beaten Gujarat. Until today this seaon, Gujarat was on a four-match losing streak.

Bengal beats Gujarat for the first time in the history of PKL and things go from bad to worse for Gujarat. 5th consecutive loss and it's safe to say, its home, it's den, it's backyard has been WELL AND TRULY CONQUERED!
