James Harden is facing a lawsuit over alleged damages that occurred when he rented a $30 million Beverley Hills mansion for a weeklong stay, according to TMZ.
The owner of the 14,500-square-foot property, George Santopietro, filed the suit and claims the Rockets guard broke his rental agreement that restricted renters from having more than seven guests in the house at a time.
Santopietro claims Harden threw at least two parties with more than 15 people that caused damage to his mansion.
Santopietro is suing Harden for $300,000, which is the amount he usually charges renters if they host two parties. Harden reportedly paid $82,200 for his stay.
The owner claims he tried to work things out with Harden before filing a suit, but the two couldn't reach an agreement.
Harden, who initially signed with the Rockets in 2012, is in the middle of a six-year, $228 million contract.
