IND vs SA: First women’s T20 warm-up match abandoned

Inclement weather disallowed the warm-up match between South Africa and Board President’s XI to be played.

The first T20 warm-up match between South Africa women and Board President’s XI was abandoned due to inclement weather.

The second warm-up game is scheduled on Sunday at the Lalbhai Stadium here before the T20 series begins on September 24.

The five-match T20 series would be followed by three-match ODI series. All eyes in the second match would again be on Shafali Verma, the 15-year-old player from Haryana.
