What a thriller of a match this is turning out to be. Almoez Ali does well to wriggle away from a couple of Al Nassr players to create some space. He rolls the ball to Olunga on the right and the latter finds the far-corner with a finessed effort. Al Duhail has reduced the deficit to just one goal again

Al Duhail look to reduce the deficit as Almoez tries to get a shot away at goal. His effort is blocked and the rebound goes to Coutinho, who opens up his body for a first-time effort. He misses the target by quite a ditance.

Al Ghanam does well to spot Ronaldo’s run and pings the ball to him with a long diagonal. Ronaldo goes for a first-time shot as he aims for the far-corner with his strike. It is a clean connection and Zakaria is a mere spectator as the ball rattles the back of the net.

Ronaldo’s pinpoint cross finds Mane in space inside the box. Mane timed his run to perfection to arrive and get his header away. However, the effort is not on target and the ball goes out for a goalkick. That should have been Mane’s second.

A cross comes in from the left as Olunga jumps to attack the ball. But Nawaf does well to get to the ball and hold on to it under pressure.

Concern for Al Nassr as Alamri seemed to have landed awkwardly. He seems to be in pain but should be okay to continue.

Just like that Al Duhail has scored another goal to reduce the deficit to one goal. Al Nassr’s backline seemed all the over the place. Coutinho’s shot is blocked but the rebound falls to Almoez Ali, whose shot takes a big deflection and ends up inside the goal. Nawaf had no chance as he was completely wrong-footed.

Out of nowhere, Al Duhail has a goal back. A ball was flashed in and Ismail looked like he did not have too much of an idea with his effort, as the ball ends up at the back of the net.

Al Ghanam passes the ball to Ronaldo. Ronaldo cuts in and pulls the trigger from distance as the ball rattles the back of the net. That was a gorgeous finish.

Ronaldo’s shot from the left has power and is on target, but it was an easy save for Zakaria.

Al Ghanam swings in a dangerous ball from the right. Ronaldo jumps to get a header away but misses the ball. The ball goes to Mane, who was behind Ronaldo and gets a telling touch to rattle the back of the net.

Olunga is one-on-one with the keeper and slots the ball inside the net but to his dismay, the flag goes up for offside yet again.

Al Duhail almost equalises after Coutinho manages to poke the ball at goal amidst a sea of Al Nassr bodies. The ball hits the post and comes back into play before being cleared by the home team.

Ronaldo charges inside the Al Duhail box from the left. He could have gone for a shot or a pass but sees the ball snatched from him before he could make the decision.

Otavio looked to chase the ball with Semedo racing him. The Al Duhail players comes out on top and clears the ball to safety.

Al Duhail did look bright in its attacks after going down in the first-half. The match is still very much in the balance.

Ronaldo scoops the goal for Mane, who had made a run in front of him. Mane gets his header away from but it is inches away from hitting the target. That would have been an excellent assist from Ronaldo had Mane scored.

Ismail’s searching cross from the right is met by a rushing Olunga, but he cannot keep his effort on target.

Almoez Ali with a rasping low shot at goal from the left side of the box, but it is a solid catch from Nawaf, who had his angles covered.

Al Ghanam tries to find Ronaldo with an early cross but Zakaria anticipates the danger and comes off his line to collect the ball before Ronaldo could get a touch.

Kim gets a shot away at goal under pressure but Nawaf makes a brilliant save to keep the match in his team’s favour. That was an excellent chance to equalise.

Ronaldo sends the ball to Qassem who had made an overlapping run. The Al Nassr goes for a cross from the left, trying to find Talisca but the ball is cleared before it reaches the goalscorer.

Otavio had landed awkwardly after a jump and looks to be in pain as he gets medical attention. However, signs are that he will be able to cotninue.

The referee points to the spot as a rushing Nawaf brings down Olunga inside the box. But then the assistant referee raises his flag of offside, which means no penalty for Al Duhail. That is a big escape for Al Nassr. It was a poor challenge from Nawaf.

Ronaldo gets the ball in the Al Duhail area and does well to send it to Talisca on his right. Talisca shows good skill to create some space on the turn and then takes his shot, aiming for the far-corner. Zakaria manages to get a touch but it was not enough to keep the ball from going inside the net.

Al Duhail in a spot of bother from a Al Nassr corner. The Qatari team could not clear its lines as Mane swings in a curling ball for Alamri at the far-post. But the Alamri could not get a proper contact and Al Duhail escapes.

Ismail’s pass to Coutinho sees the Brazilian with time and space on the right. There was a hint of offsdie but the flag stays down. Countinho flashes a cross across the face of the goal but none of the Duhail players could get a touch. The danger is not gone as a cross comes for Olunga, but the player could not get a header away. Eventually, the flag is shown for offside.

Olunga finds Ismail on his left, who looked to have time and space to run at goal. But the Al Nassr backline does well to rush back and swarm around him in numbers to put the player under pressure.

Al Duhail seems to be finding its footing in the match after the early pressure from Al Nassr.

Talisca tries to find Ronaldo with a ball over the top. The Al Duhail defence seemed to be split open for a second, but nothing comes of it ultimately as the Talisca’s pass was too heavy.

Al Nassr does well to play out the ball from the back. Mane makes an inward run from the left and tries to find Ronaldo with the cutback. But Ruben Semedo is there to make the clearance.

Almoez Ali tries to take the ball off Al-Ghanam but ends up conceding a foul with a reckless challenge. That was a painful one for Al-Ghanam and Ali is lucky to escape a booking there.

Otavio and Talisca combine on the left as the latter gets a shot away from the left side of the box. The effort is not on target but it was a dangerous move nontheless.

A bright start to the match by home team Al Nassr as they try to pressurize Al Duhail’s defence early in the match. Mane not taking any time to show his skills with some trickery on the left flank.
