Hello and welcome to Sportstar's live blog of Day 15 of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 7.

Last night, the tie between Tamil Thalaivas and Haryana Steelers finally produced a result as Thalaivas edged past Steelers in a thrilling finish. The second match saw the biggest upset of the season so far where Pune stunned Patna to register its first win of the season.

The third day of the Patna leg promises to be another cracker. In the first game, Dabang Delhi K.C. will take on the unbeaten Jaipur Pink Panthers. Later, Gujarat Fortunegiants will lock horns with Puneri Paltan.

It is another double header night and I, Shivansh Gupta, will be bringing you all the live updates from both the matches.

That's all we have for you today. Tuesdays are off for PKL, so we will be back on Wednesday at 7:30pm with two more matches. See you on the other side of the break and keep following Sportstar for all the updates from the world of sports. Tata!

Today belonged to the raiders. Naveen Kumar tore apart Jaipur before Pune got the better of Gujarat Fortunegiants. Girish Ernak with 6 tackle points on the night and the way Pune bounced back after suffering its first all-out was truly remarkable.

IT FINISHES, 33 PUNE, 31 GUJARAT

21 RAID POINTS AND 8 TACKLE POINTS FOR GUJARAT.

13 TACKLE POINTS AND 15 RAID POINTS FOR THE PALTAN. ANOTHER ALL-ROUND PERFORMANCE BY ANUP KUMAR'S BOYS.

PUNE REGISTERS ITS FIRST WIN OVER GUJARAT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY OF PKL.

UNTIL LAST NIGHT, PUNE WAS WINLESS AFTER three matches, but Patna seems to be lucky for the side. Two in two night for the Paltan.

33-31: WELL DONE! MANJEET COMPLETES THE FORMALITY AND PUNE CONQUERS GUJARAT FOR THE FIRST TIME!

33-31: TWO POINTS SEPARATING THE TWO.

33-30: LESS THAN 30 SECONDS TO GO AS SUNIL KUMAR GETS A TACKLE POINT OF AMIT KUMAR.

33-29: IT'S THAT MAN AGAIN! GIRISH MARUTI ERNAK, WITH HIS 6TH TACKLE POINT AND HIS VICTIM WAS MORE GB ON THIS OCCASION.

32-29: Girish Ernak comes back at the right time. A decisive ankle hold and it was too good and strong for Sonu Jaglan.

31-29: Surjeet commits a rare howler. Sonu Jaglan scrambles back to safety and ONLY 150 SECOND REMAIN. CAN PUNE HOLD ON?

31-28: Parvesh gets the better of Mohit and every point is crucial for Gujarat here.

31-27: The lead is only increasing for Pune. Manjeet pins Rohit Gulia once again.

30-27: HIGH 5 FOR GIRISH ERNAK. He brings down Sachin Tanwar and in the process, hurts himself.  Coach Anup Kumar subs him off and asks his defender to calm down.

29-27: Pawan Kadian sends More GB back.

28-25: This just got more interesting. Mohite is sent to the bench by Sachin Tanwar.

28-24: Mohite proving to be the difference in the second half of a game again. He gets he a two-point raid.

26-24: The lead is back with Pune. The Paltan pulls off a super-tackle and it's that man, Girish Ernak again. Rohit Gulia has been kept very quiet in the second half so far.

24-24: GUJARAT DRAW BACK LEVEL! Manjeet is floored by Sumit.

LESS THAN 12 MINUTES TO GO AND GUJARAT LOOKS TROUBLES FOR SURE!

23-21: Oh, that is just careless! Sumit steps out-of-bounds and gifts a point to Pune. THIS GAME WILL BE DECIDED ON WHICH TEAM MAKES FEWER ERRORS!

22-21: IT'S A ONE-POINT GAME AGAIN. Sachin Tanwar with an incredible dash to the mid-line and he takes Sanket Sawant and Pankaj Mohite on his way.

22-19: Pankaj Mohite comes alive with a touch point off Sunil Kumar. Remember, this raider wasn't tackled even once last night.

21-18: More GB helps Pune extend its lead to three points.

20-18: ALL-OUT AND PUNE TAKES THE LEAD. FIRST ALL-OUT INFLICTED ON GUJARAT! WHAT A TURNAROUND WE HAVE SEEN TODAY! They have really come alive after the first all-out was inflicted on them.

16-18: Sunil Kumar is sent back after the judges called him out for jersey pulling on Mohite. Surprisingly, Gujarat reviewed it only for it to be deemed unsuccessful. What a waste of a review.

15-18: The left in, Amit Kumar gifts a point to Sonu Jaglan. It was a half-kick by the raider and that's all he needed to get a touch point

15-17: Last night's hero, Pankaj Mohit is subbed in. His first raid is an empty one.

15-17: Sachin Tanwar comes in for the first raid of the second half and Girish Ernak starts the second half exactly the way he started the first. What a ankle hold.

This has been an interesting first half. Both teams got off to a cautious start, before Puneri Paltan's defensive woes were exposed and Gujarat managed to take the advantage. First all-out of the game was dished by Gujarat, but it'was remarkable to see the way Pune bounced back. Pune forced off multiple errors from the Gujarat defense and almost levelled the scores before Ankit and Bhainswal pulled off a super tackle to give their team a 3-point advantage at half-time.

14-17: SUPER TACKLE BY GUJARAT! AND WHAT A WAY TO BRING THE FIRST HALF TO AN END! TWO VITAL POINTS FOR GUJARAT AS THE LEAD IS NOW UP TO THREE. PARVESH BHAINSWAL AND ANKIT GET AMIT KUMAR.

14-15: Do-or-die raid and More GB faulters. Manjeet spearheading the tackle. Just one point separating the two teams now.

last 5 minutes, 7 points scored by Pune and 5 by Fortunegiants.

90 SECONDS TO GO!

13-15: Pune seems to have comeback stronger after the all-out. Ever since Sachin Tanwar was brought down by Surjeet Singh, more errors have begun to creep in by the Gujarat's defense. It's a two-point game now. It was Ruturaj who made the mistake this time and allowed Amit kumar to get a raid point.

11-15: Pawan Kadian reduces the deficit to 4 points. Great raid point off Manjeet.

9-15: ALL-OUT! PUNE ALL-OUT! AMIT KUMAR LITERALLY RUNS INTO RUTURAJ KORAVI AS GUJARAT EXTENDS ITS LEAD!

8-12: Gulia sends Sawant back once again and one man on the mat for Pune.

8-11: More GB goes in for the double ankle hold and Amit Kumar gets a bonus point as well.

THIS MATCH IS JUST ONE MOMENT OF BRILLIANCE AWAY BEFORE TAKING OFF!

6-6: The scores are level again. More GB gets a bonus and sends Sanket Sawant back.

PKL MILESTONE ALERT: PAWAN KUMAR KADIAN

Pawan Kumar Kadian Goes Past 50 Do-Or-Die Raid Touch Points.

So far, an even battle between the two. A more of a cautious start

by the two teams!

6-4: What a brilliant 2-point raid by Kadian. First, he gets Parvesh who tried an ankle hold near the centre line. On his way down, Kadian also gets a touch on Ruturaj. Great presence of mind.

4-4: Can't show your back to the raider, Girish Ernak! Sachin Tanwar gets a touch point off Ernak, who had his back to him!

4-3: Do-or-die raid and Pawan Kadian sent in by Pune. He delivers as Ruturaj Koravi from right corner throws in an unnecessary tackle. The captain, Parvesh Bhainswal isn't happy at all.
