Britain won the team sprint gold for the third consecutive Olympics after defeating New Zealand in the final on Thursday.

Anchor man Callum Skinner crossed the line 0.102 seconds in front as Britain set a new Olympic record time of 42.440 seconds. France beat Australia to win the bronze medal.
