Ankita Raina was beaten 7-6(1), 6-3 by Conny Perrin of Switzerland in the second and final qualifying round of the $250,000 WTA tennis tournament in Hua Hin, Thailand, on Sunday.

The 203rd ranked Ankita collected 12 WTA points and $1,020 for her effort.

Meanwhile, Purav Raja in partnership with Fabricio Neis of Brazil was beaten in the doubles semifinals of the Challenger in France, by David Pel and Antonio Sancic.

Purav and partner won 33 ATP points and €1380.

$250,000 WTA, Hua Hin, Thailand Qualifying singles (second and final round): Conny Perrin (Sui) bt Ankita Raina 7-6(1), 6-3.

€ 69,280 Challenger, Rennes, France Doubles (semifinals): David Pel (Ned) & Antonio Sancic (Cro) bt Fabricio Neis (Bra) & Purav Raja 6-3, 6-4.
