Key highlights from Tie 16 of the Premier Badminton League between Delhi Dashers and Bengaluru Raptors.


11:10pm: Chai Biao and Maneepong Jongjit of Delhi Dashers beat Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan 15-7, 11-15, 15-14. But Bengaluru Raptors wins the match 2-1.

10:52pm: Ahsan and Setiawan force the match into the decider by winning the second game 15-11.

10:42pm: Biao and Jongjit take the first game of the final match in quite a hurry 15-7.

10:30pm: The final match of the night is men's doubles as Chai Biao and Maneepong Jongjit of Delhi Dashers face Raptors' Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan.

10:20pm: Vu Thi Trang swings back from one game down to win the women's singles clash against Lee Chia Hsin 12-15, 15-3, 15-8. Bengaluru Raptors leads 2-0 vs Delhi Dashers.

10:05pm: Vu Thi Trang forces the match into the decider by clinching the second game 15-3 in a dominant fashion.

10:02pm: Vu Thi Trang races away with a 7-1 lead in the second game.

9:55pm: Lee Chia Hsin of the Dashers takes the first game 15-12.

9:38pm: The fourth match coming up is women's singles where Delhi Dashers Lee Chia Hsin takes on Vu Thi Trang of Bengaluru Raptors.

9:31pm: Srikanth pulls off a dominating show in the final game and then beat Tommy Sugiarto 15-6, 12-15, 15-10. Bengaluru Raptors now leads 1-0.

9:21pm: Srikanth at the break of the third game, leads Sugiarto 8-4.

9:11pm: Sugiarto bounces back and stays afloat in the match by winning the second game 15-12.


9:03pm: Sugiarto makes a strong start in the second game by jumping to a 8-3 lead.

8:54pm: Srikanth runs away with seven successive points to win the first game 13-6 against Tommy Sugiarto.

8:42pm: Next up is the men's singles where Tommy Sugiarto clashes against Bengaluru Raptors' ace Kidambi Srikanth.


8:41pm: Maneepong Jongit and Evgeniya Kosetaskaya have turned the tables for Delhi Dashers as they overturned the Trump of Raftors with a straight games win.

8:22pm: The mixed pair of Maneepong/Evgeniya win the first game 15-13 and make a quick start by taking three points.

8:05pm: Next up is the mixed doubles match, where Dashers' Maneepong Jongjit and Evgeniya Kosetskaya take on the Trump M. Ellis and L. Smith.

7:56pm: Praneeth finally clinches the final game 15-13 to win the Trump Match. Bengaluru Raptors now with 1-(1) lead over Delhi Dashers.


7:51pm: Sensational stuff from Prannoy, still hanging on to the match. Praneeth at match-point.


7:36pm: H.S. Prannoy takes the trump match into the decider after taking the closely-fought second game 15-14.


7:32pm: Three successive points as Prannoy makes it 13-10. Praneeth being weak in his back-hand returns.

7:27pm: At the break of the second game, Sai Praneeth leads 8-7. Can Prannoy stay afloat?


7:16pm: As expected, Praneeth clinches the first game 15-12. There was resistance from Prannoy but Praneeth proved too strong.

7:13pm: Prannoy makes a strong come back in the first game to level the scores at 10-10.

7:11pm: Praneeth leads 8-5 at the break of the first game.


The PBL moves for its Ahmedabad leg and it would be a clash between teams led by Prannoy and Srikanth.

Bengaluru Raptors with three wins from 10 matches are placed seventh in the points table while Delhi Dashers are bottom-placed at ninth with four wins from 15 games.
