Shamshuddin makes another howler!

Umpire Chettithody Shamshuddin did not do duty as an on-field umpire for the third India-England Twenty20 international, held at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Wednesday.

Shamshuddin, who has recently come under fire from the England team for a spate of wrong decisions, missed out on Ben Stokes' no ball when he took KL Rahul's wicket.

Umpire Chettithody Shamshuddin, >who pulled out from the third T20 and instead took his seat as the third umpire, seems to have made another howler. Of course, this time around the England team will not be complaining.

Shamshuddin, who has recently come under fire from the England team for a spate of wrong decisions, missed out on Ben Stokes' no ball when he took KL Rahul's wicket.

While the on-field umpire missed Stokes overstepping, it is the prerogative of the third umpire to notice such indiscretions and notify the on-field umpires.

Looks like Shamshuddin might take a break from officiating!
