Argentina's Nahuel Villamayor attempts a raid against South Korea in the Kabaddi Masters Dubai 2018 on Jun 24.

South Korea crushed Argentina 72-16 in the Kabaddi Masters Dubai 2018, at Al Wasl SC here on Sunday.

South Korea faced no resistance and glided to a second win in as many matches. Jae Min Lee started proceedings with a super raid – taking out four Argentina defenders. Lee was engaged in a tough struggle, but the raider managed to wriggle out of the multiple holds and place his
hand beyond the mid-line.

The Argentina players - inexperienced, but earnest - retained a positive outlook despite the drubbing. At half-time, when the deejay played a couple of lively Punjabi numbers, Sebastian Desocio pulled out a few Bhangra dance moves, much to the crowd’s delight.

The result: South Korea bt Argentina 72-16
