Andy Murray was unfazed by avoiding a meeting with Novak Djokovic in the last four of the ATP World Tour Finals.
The world's top two finished atop their respective groups with 3-0 records in London, seeing them avoid each other in the semi-finals. While Djokovic meets Kei Nishikori, Murray faces Milos Raonic for a spot in the decider.
But Murray said being on the opposite side of the draw to the Serbian was of no concern.
"There's a good chance that if I want to win the tournament I would have to win against him," he said after beating Stan Wawrinka in straight sets.
"That would either be in the semis or the final. I don't think that makes a whole lot of difference. But obviously got a big match against Milos now, a tough one. They (Raonic and Djokovic) played a really close match the other day."
"There were opportunities on both sides so certainly not taking anything for granted. I know it'll be hard and I know I need to play well to win.
"But I feel like my game's in a good place, played much better today than I did a couple of days ago and physically I feel good so looking forward to the weekend."
Murray has won his past seven matches against Raonic, whose last victory over the Brit came at Indian Wells in 2014.
The three-time Grand Slam champion said taking his opportunities would be crucial against Raonic.
"It's a big match obviously. Milos obviously serves big, goes for his shots, he moves forward when he has the chance. I think he probably likes the conditions here, a little bit quicker," Murray said.
"You don't normally get loads of opportunities against the big servers. It comes down to when you do get those chances, whether you take them or not and this year when I've played him, I've created a few opportunities in the matches and when they've come, I've been pretty clinical.
"It'll need to be the same tomorrow if I want to win."
