FULL-TIME: MOHUN BAGAN 2-1 ATK - A superb first half from Mohun Bagan put it 1-0 up at half-time, courtesy a powerful Morante header in the 34th minute. The Mariners were unlucky to miss out on at least two more goals but managed to double the lead in the 64th minute through a brilliant strike from Joseba Beitia. Late surge from substitute Boris Singh, William Pauliankham and Komal Thatal resulted in a goal for ATK but it only proved to be a consolation. Bagan has now one foot in the semifinal as it has two wins from two games in the competition.
90+8' Komal Thatal once again tries to dink the goalkeeper but his shot is over the crossbar. The referee blows the full-time whistle, bringing an dramatic game to an end.
90+6' There is a melee out on the pitch which started after Suhrabuddin angrily kicks a second ball off the pitch. The Bagan forward is shown a red card.
90+4' Outstanding save by Shankar Roy. Komal Thatal lobs the ball over the defence which dips suddenly as it approaches the crossbar. Roy manages to put his fingertips to the ball and send it over.
90' ATK wins a free kick on the right, as Prabir Das tries to hit a long ranger which is nowhere near the target. The fourth official announces six minutes of injury time which could present ATK with another chances to level the scores.
86' Mohun Bagan's Spanish winger Salva Chamorro comes on as a substitute. Boris Singh goes on a rampaging run on the right side -- he beats three Bagan players on his way but is brought down by Morante near the half line, who is rightly shown a yellow card.
82' ATK is looking full of confidence after the goal as the players jump into tackles to prevent Mohun Bagan from getting on the ball. Salam Ranjan gives away an easy corner kick to Mohun Bagan after a miscommunication between him and the goalkeeper.
76' GOAL ATK! Ashis Pradhan pulls one back and it is Boris Singh' run into the box which sent the Bagan defence into panic mode. Shankar Roy comes off his line but Pradhan manages to lift the ball over the goalkeeper to reduce the deficit to 2-1.
75' The introduction of William Pauliankham, Boris Singh has freed Komal Thatal to drift in and out position.
72' SHOT! Its Komal Thatal again. The winger cuts towards the right and unleashes a ferocious strike from outside the box. The ball was clearly heading towards the top corner, if not for Shankar Roy's athleticism and relfexes who makes an acrobatic save.
70' Gurjinder cuts in from the left flank and pull the trigger. Avilash Paul positions himself perfectly to make a save.
62' Sahil receives a yellow card for a brash challenge. Suhair is taken off for Imran in the middle.
60' Boris Singh tries to break away on the right flank but is brought down by Gurjinder. Both the players clash, but the linesman makes it clear that it was a foul.
58' Joseba tries to win another free kick on the right wing after he goes down under the challenge from Salam Ranjan, but the refree says no.
56' CLOSE! Komal Thatal goes on a mazy run on the left wing as he turns Ashutosh inside out and then nutmegs keeper Shankar Roy but Morante is behind him and clears the ball away. Thatal cannot believe it.
54' GOAL MOHUN BAGAN! That came out of nowhere! Joseba Bethia comes rushing into the box after Suhair keeps the ball in play on the right and cuts it back. He hits an outfooted shot to beat Avilash Paul at the far post. Totally deserved goal for the Spaniard.
53' Gopi Singh is replaced by Boris Singh in the middle.
51' Gopi Singh wins a sprint with Ashutosh on the left flank but loses the ball at the final moment.
48' The Mariners have regained the possession of the ball as Suhrabuddin sends in a dangerous cross from the right side but Avilash Paul comes to the rescue again.
46' Second half begins! Cavin Lobo releases Gopi Singh on the left but Ashutosh comes up with a timely tackle to rob the ball off him. Good start from ATK.
HALF-TIME: ATK has been wasteful of its chances created in the beginning of the opening quarter hour. It has been sluggish at the back allowing Mohun Bagan to create multiple chances through set-pieces. Joseba has been excellent with his set-piece delivery creating multiple problems for the ATK defence.
45+1' ATK has looked promising in the opening exchanges but Mohun Bagan has created better chances than the visitor. Sahil is down on the ground clutching his calf and receives treatment.
43' OFF THE CROSSBAR! ATK defence is all over the place as Gurjinder finds Romario in the centre with a low cross. The midfielder sends in a powerful header towards the far post, but only manages to find the woodwork.
41' Surabuddin sees Avilash Paul off his line and goes for a long ranger which flies narrowly over the crossbar.
39' Komal Thatal sends in a low cross from the left but Shankar Roy is quickly on to the ball to avert the danger.
37' Joseba has been a menace on both flanks this evening. He once again puts pressure on Salaam Ranjan, who brings him down clumsily to give away a free kick. His delivery once again creates panic inside the ATK box, but Avilash Paul reads the situation well to palm the ball away to safety.
34' GOAL MOHUN BAGAN! The home fans go berserk as Morante opens the scoring with a thumping header off Joseba's curling corner free-kick.
29' CHANCE! Best chance of the game just goes wide. Naorem plays in a superb cross towards the far post to Suhair. Avilash Paul misreads the situations as he off his line but misses Suhair dink completely. Anil Chawan comes to the rescue as he clears the ball before it reaches the net.
26' ATK tries to play out the ball from the back with Cavin Lobo dropping deep into his own half. The wet pitch has made it difficult for the players to pass the ball.
23' Joseba wins a free kick on the right and whips in a good ball from the deep. However, Morante is unable to get on the end of it and Anil Chawan clears the danger easily.
19' The midfields on both ends have allowed the forwards to get into the final third very easily. Lack of concentration from the ATK centre backs forces a emergency clearance from Avilash Paul.
16' MISS! That should've been the opening goal for ATK. Cavin Lobo play one-two on the left and puts Gopi Singh through. Ashutosh gets to the ball first but fails to clear leaving Gopi Singh has only just the goalkeeper to beat. But the shot is saved brilliantly by Shankar Roy.
13' ANOTHER CHANCE! Surabuddin chases a long ball from the deep and tries to hit past the goalkeeper, but Avilash Paul rushes forward to narrow the angle for the attacker.
10' Komal Thatal does well on the right flank to get past Joseba, but Morante puts in a sliding tackle to take the ball off his legs.
8' Cavin Lobo exchanges passes on the edge of the box and takes a shot which he has no control over. The sails into the ground. The heavy rains in the morning has made it difficult for the players to keep their footing.
6' ATK goes on the offensive for the first time as Prabir Das tries to hit a low cross from the right flank but slips and the ball is played out.
2' Chance! Gurjinder Kumar curls in a delightful cross from the left which finds Surabuddin Malik at the far post, but the forward's first touch lets him down and the keeper makes a comfortable save.
1' KICK-OFF! Mohun Bagan begins the proceedings from right to left.
2.55 pm: The crowd chants "Mohun Bagan! Mohun Bagan" as the teams take to the pitch at the Mohhun Bagan Ground. All eyes will be on ATK's Prabir Das who has been a Bagan player before this.
