Spanish club Atletico Madrid has signed defender Matt Doherty on loan from English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur on Monday, according to multiple reports.
The 31-year-old will join Atletico until the end of this season and there are currently no buy options included in the deal.
Following Doherty’s exit, Tottenham’s only other right-back option would be Emerson Royal.
