Brian Harman clinched his first PGA Tour win since 2014, getting the better of a surging Dustin Johnson for a one-shot victory at the Wells Fargo Championship.
Harman holed an incredible 28-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole to finish at 10 under at Quail Hollow Club on Sunday.
He had found the rough with his second shot at the par-five hole, with fellow Americans Johnson (67) and Pat Perez (68) in the clubhouse at nine under.
The birdie saw Harman (68) secure a second PGA Tour win and first since the 2014 John Deere Classic.
Johnson, the world number one making his return from a back injury and bidding for a fourth straight win, had made his charge with a second straight five-under 67.
He made three birdies on the front nine and a pair at 12 and 13, before holing a 14-footer at the 18th.
Despite a double bogey at 14, Perez joined him in the lead, but Harman went past both after encountering some problems at 18.
Harman made four back-nine birdies, but his last appeared unlikely when his second shot went into the rough near the grandstand and even more so after he left himself with a 28-foot putt.
But he delivered in the key moment, and celebrated accordingly, for a first victory since 2014.
Spaniard Jon Rahm (71) finished outright fourth at eight under, a shot ahead of Smylie Kaufman (68), Kevin Tway (70) and Noh Seung-yul (71).
Overnight leader Patrick Reed struggled in the final round, firing a three-over 75 to end up in a tie for 12th.
