Simone Biles ended her Rio campaign winning four gold medals.

Simone Biles departs Rio 2016 as United States' most decorated gymnast, but the 19-year-old is happy to be done and finally be able take a breather.

Biles won gold on Tuesday in the women's floor exercise - her fourth of the Olympic Games, and fifth medal in total.

"I'm a little bit relieved because it's been a long journey. I've enjoyed every single moment of it and I know our team has," the 19-year-old Biles said.

"It's been very long and, competing so many times this week, it kind of got tiring. We just wanted to end on a good note."

Biles ended on an amazing note. In her first Olympics, she tallied five medals and became the first gymnast from USA with four golds in a single Games.

"It's very crazy. To think what I've done, its been an amazing experience and I don't think I could be more proud of myself," Biles added.

However, Biles likely felt intense pressure as the media began talking about how she could become the first female gymnast ever to win five golds at a single Games.

She came close, but her stumble in the balance beam event Monday gave her the bronze. Even so, Biles is "very proud" of what she accomplished.

"Your first Olympics you walk away with five medals, that's not tough [disappointing] at all," she said. "Especially four being gold, that's just unheard of. I'm very proud."

Her final gold came on Tuesday in her best event, the floor exercise. As exhausted as she was, she nailed her performance, beating out team-mate and silver medallist Aly Raisman by .466 points.

"When I was walking up [to the floor exercise podium] my legs felt like rocks, but I've done floor routines like that before so I wasn't nervous about it," Biles said.

Biles scored a 15.966 in the floor, her best of the Games. It cemented her amongst the Olympics greats.
