After retiring from cricket, Sachin Tendulkar has involved in several social activities, including adopting a village in Andhra Pradesh and promoting hygiene and sanitation in South Asia as UNICEF's brand ambassador.
On Sunday, the batting legend posted a video on his social media pages of him asking two of his fans to wear a helmet on the road.
The fans, on a scooter, are seen trying to get a selfie with Sachin, who's seated in his car. Sachin, while obliging for the photo, tells them, "Okay, make me a promise. Next time wear a helmet, okay? It's dangerous for you, no? Life's very precious."
"Is that a promise?" he asks them as they take a selfie.
As his car moves ahead, he sees a man and woman, without wearing a helmet, riding on a motorcycle.
"Wear a helmet, brother," he tells them.
