P. V. Sindhu and H. S. Prannoy lost their second round matches to end India's campaign at the French Open.
Sindhu, World No. 10, lost in straight games to China's He Bingjiao, ranked 11. Bingjiao won a close first game 22-20 before clinching the second 21-17.
Meanwhile, H. S. Prannoy lost 19-21 16-21 to fifth seed Tien Chen Chou of Chinese Taipei.
