CoA to MCA: We will declare your elections as null and void

The Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) has told the Maharashtra Cricket Association that its amended constitution is not in consonance with the Justice Lodha Committee Reforms.

The Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) has told the Maharashtra Cricket Association that its amended constitution is not in consonance with the Justice Lodha Committee Reforms in the Cricket Report validated by the Supreme Court order of July 18, 2016 on many counts and hence the BCCI will treat the MCA as a defaulting State Association and shall not recognize the results of such elections and treat the same as null and void.
