Modi, Sehwag et al congratulate Nair

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir among others congratulate Karun Nair for scoring a historic Test triple hundred.

Karun Nair walks back unbeaten on 303 as India declared its innings.

Virender Sehwag was one of the first to congratulate Karun Nair for becoming the second Indian to get a Test triple ton. Sehwag was the first when he scored 309 against Pakistan in 2004. Nair emulated Sehwag by scoring 303 in 381 balls with 32 fours and four sixes.
