Ranji Trophy: Navdeep Saini, Kulwant Khejroliya return to bolster Delhi

The selection committee has also decided to recall Unmukt Chand for the Ranji Trophy contest against Madhya Pradesh.

Navdeep Saini and Kulwant Khejroliya return to strengthen the Delhi team for the Ranji Trophy match against Madhya Pradesh starting at Ferozeshah Kotla from December 22.

Saini was part of the India ‘A’ team in New Zealand while Khejroliya was down with chicken pox.

Nitish Rana and Himmat Singh, who missed the last two matches because of the Emerging Teams tournament in Sri Lanka, are also back.

Unmukt Chand recalled

The selection committee of Amit Bhandari, Sukhvinder Singh and Mohan Chaturvedi, has also decided to recall Unmukt Chand. The other opener, Kunal Chandela, also finds a place having recovered from an injury.

Those excluded from the team are Akash Sudan, Nikhil Kumar, Vaibhav Rawal, Kunwar Bhiduri, Sarthak Ranjan and Varun Sood.
