Kings XI Punjab captain Ravichandran Ashwin has been fined Rs 12 lakh for maintaining a slow over-rate in an IPL 2019 match against Delhi Capitals.

Kings XI Punjab captain Ravichandran Ashwin has been fined Rs 12 lakh for maintaining a slow over-rate in an Indian Premier League match against Delhi Capitals on Saturday.

Ashwin was let off with a fine because it was his team’s first offence of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct.

KXIP lost its reverse fixture to Delhi by five wickets after the host gunned down their target of 164 runs.
