Delhi Daredevils made it two wins in a row, defeating Mumbai Indians by 11 runs at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi. MI is now out of the playoff race.

Rohit would be hoping for a better show against Delhi, which knowing well it can play spoilsport, would be hoping to go out on a high.   -  VIVEK BENDRE

TOSS UPDATE: Delhi Daredevils has won the toss and decided to bat first.

Mumbai Indians (Playing XI): Suryakumar Yadav, Evin Lewis, Ishan Kishan(w), Rohit Sharma(c), Krunal Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya, Ben Cutting, Mayank Markande, Jasprit Bumrah, Mustafizur Rahman

Delhi Daredevils (Playing XI): Prithvi Shaw, Shreyas Iyer(c), Rishabh Pant(w), Glenn Maxwell, Vijay Shankar, Abhishek Sharma, Harshal Patel, Amit Mishra, Liam Plunkett, Sandeep Lamichhane, Trent Boult

MI has remained in the race after an upset win against Kings XI Punjab in its previous outing, thanks largely to Jasprit Bumrah’s heroics towards the end, but the team’s inconsistency has been a concern.

As for wooden spoon-holder Delhi, it will be eyeing an upset win over Mumbai which finds itself in a must-win situation.

MI, still in contention for a playoff spot, would not just be looking to win but also get a grip on its net run rate that could come into play.
